It's not like I accumulated a bunch of good items, but I hate to think of the fact of starting over item wise after 3 months. That's nothing compared to you fellas that have been here for years on end now.
Don't see how it would be beneficial.

Re: Itemwipe
Call in a character wipe with the item wipe and I may consider agreeing, even with dryloot. We all know that those who have friends with GMd merchants, they'll be back on their feet in no time compared to those who've just joined, came back or haven't met a lot of people yet to make friends with. But nobody would agree to full wipe lol.

This wasn't a poll about Why. It was a simple question I have been wondering about.Ondoher wrote:Wipes, moar wipes.. just get the dryloot happening and thats it.
Would people still play?
Re: Itemwipe
I would probably quit
Too much time wasted on this game to get nice stuff and then loose.
Lose em to another person ( PVP, dryloot ) thats another story.

Re: Itemwipe
No i didnt come back spend most of my spair time for the reason why i left in the first place.
Re: Itemwipe
I left the first time due to itemwipe too (and the prospect of playing in pangaea 2)
But now I'd stay because I don't have much to lose.
But stop talking about character wipe :F
Items may be hard to get, but training an account full of good chars takes way way too long. Skills in Pangaea are already slower than in other shards, and having to go through all that again wouldn't be nice.
I would only agree to full character/item wipe, if before that, we (the staff + the players) had the opportunity to discuss a newly balanced class system (possibly with one or two classes deleted).
This way, since no one had chars, there wouldn't be players saying "don't nerf this char!" or "boost this char more" because you could go for any char when you started, so you wouldn't need a char better than the others, unless a majority of players decided "hey let's boost this char a lot, so we can pick it"

Sure think I will PLAY!!!
But it is damn disadwantage for new and weak players.
or wipe shard? same chances for all around? Yes I wil PLAY !!!

Re: Itemwipe
There was an item wipe before, but that's just a temporary solution. The problem is that characters stay, so you'll still have ancient merchants, same veins etc. so it won't take long for things to change to the current status.
The correct way would be item + character wipe, but that's something no one wants.

Leather armor is best for sneaking, because it's literally made from hide.
