I held a sale recently as a tailor and sold a vamp bone suit, a spider bone suit, a troll bone suit, 2 troll studded sets, red daemons studded set, and 40 bags ~ 50k

Had a sale on my bowyer, sold 5000 bolts ~35k
all i was selling was bolts arrows and kindlings

Magical clothing don't affect the economy. Economy runs on merchant crafted goods. What I mean with magical clothing going up in price (or atleast should go) is that they're currently not lootable. Basicly your indies are not just indies, they should be considered as "newbified items" as they're not in the current looting pool. Their value should be higher than it is currently.

And they would be alot more expensive if there wasn't thousand of them scattered around.

The clothes aren't that rare so them being newbied is actually what lowers their price as no one need spare ones.

Oh yeah, almost forgot... 80 piety!

Agreed, there are just way too much clothes around for them to be any more expensive.
