Yeah good and fast to equip. poisoned spear on assasin. Just hanging around and you see trolls you just use macro to remove spear not to drag and then put it back with macro.

Would use... if I wasn't a monk and didn't use wrestling instead which doesn't have a weapon.

I don't, seems pretty unstable to me.
