Skills books can now be found from over 100 different monsters. The drop rate and skill book level varies from small to a chance of 100%. Easy-medium monsters generally drop books with low level (65% / 85%), while hard-very hard monsters are left with the best books (100% / 105%). With this change, there will be a massive amount of skill books in the loot pool of monsters. It's more than likely, that we're forced to fine-tune the system after a few months of observing.
