New command: .plaguealert
To explain this easy, it's basicly a mayday for plague. When you type .plaguealert, online members of Nature will recieve an alert and they're shown the way to the crime scene. If there is no plague, you will recieve a "There's no plague nearby" message. The same rules apply to .plaguealert as for .mayday - it's not to be abused.
From now on Nature has access to both Law and Imperial controlled towns to help people in need.
