A Warning For All

Let it be known, that the group formerly known as the Vanguard of Telborea or at least one of them thus far, have mysteriously changed ways. Oh yes. I thought about it at first, which is when I realized. I've had encounters with these folks before. At one time they were demanding a tribute to be payed of 7,000 gold coins to hunt or harvest on the lands they claimed there's and offered protection to those that would agree to such demands. I had a private conversation with the one known as Thoeak Milner. While I will say I enjoyed our fine conversation, I now come to think it held false reasoning.

While I was out on a hunt, or just began to do so. I was encountered by a man. A familiar face that so many of us have seen before, I began to recognize as I sat in thought afterwards. Although something seemed different about him than normal. As if he held a new crest of recognition, unfamiliar to the one known to be worn by the Vanguard of Telborea. He did not introduce himself as a member of Telborea nor did he ask for a contribution as they normally would. At first I thought I have not met this person before in my life, until I realized. He wore the same color clothing as those known as the Vanguard of Telborea. Protection did he offer? No. A conversation did he welcome? No. Infact the only conversation I was given was an order of all my gold or I would die. I asked him why I would do such a thing as he first answered back in a foreing tongue of incantations. One that many know as a spell to paralyze. He then answered "Or die." following with "I told" and lastly "No gold?", almost one after another. So trying to have a conversation with the man, I simply asked his name. His answer was to paralyze me and than tell me he had no time for that. Immediately afterwards he cast a spell to make me feel weakaned followed by the incantation Kal Vas Flam. The last words I heared before I hit the ground unconciously was "laters".

Take heed in these words as you read this message. It may not be the same people. Perhaps they've managed to lose some of their clothing. Perhaps there's a new form of evil being introduced to this realm, trying to wreck the name of Telborea. Perhaps trickery has played a major part behind all of this and we've been lied to. If you encounter this nimble man, do not expect words with him. He's short of them and very impatient. Your only choices will be to submit, giving him what he asks. Fight with honor or to flee and call support. They can hide behind a new crest and try to trick us into a recognition as a new group. However you can not hide behind your behavior, you colors, you voice or appearance to those who may have already had the pleasure of meeting you. All your names and identities are very well known by everyone of the Brittainian Kingdom. The truth will be found.
