I have another question to you: do Imperial guards, of the towns, offer protection to any Birds of Prey member, who has killed three or more people and is an outlaw in British lands? To be more exact: are Imperial town guards commanded not to attack certain Birds of Prey members, by using a clerical ritual called Alliance?

I take silence as probable yes, I take no as no, I take yes as yes.

Some evidence has been provided to me by you, Tor, of which I am highly thankful.

Also, the fact is, I Sebastian Lhoth, and Patrick Lance, both clerics of Law, witnessed this happening too with our own eyes; Imperial guards protecting Birds of Prey members. Murderous ones. Some of them had guards' protection, some others were attacked by the Imperial guards. Thus, I believe the ritual Alliance being used on these scoundrels, which is definitely not tolerable by an order which claims to be honorable and to care for their good image.

I personally escorted the members of the dastardly guild away from the city and saw to it that they left the island. The guards involved in the incident are being questioned and put under house arrest. They are obviously suspended from their duty as a town guard until the investigation has concluded.
