That's just it, officer. Under the current rules, the ones flagged as criminals may sometimes be the victim, like Vaux here.
What kind of justice is this!

From my point of view this man you call a thief, is a victim here.
Wake up Citizen of Britain. This man is the perfect example of this days Britain under the
corruption of Order of Law. You live you miserable life by only caring of your own arse. It makes people
like him to suffer. Man without money, food and support have no other options than steal
from others. And now you killed him for that. I think you should investigate this as a murder!
And those murderers are the members of Order of Law!

Your so called Order is crumbling down. Lord British's time is passing by. You'll need a new ruler
in your city! Grab your weapons and get up to the barricades! Take the law in your own hands
and stop living in misery. There are better times ahead!
