A runebook retrieved from a thief

Greetings people of Britannia.
A thief entered my house this evening while I was minding my business. His entry into my house naturally raised suspicions immediately. And I was right in those suspicions. The thief attempted to steal my belongings, but his fingers were not fast enough to go unnoticed. Naturally, I had to put the thief down like the likes of his deserve. After I had pierced his heart with my spear, a closer look into "his" belongings revealed that someone had already been the victim of this scum. Amongst his few belongings, there was a runebook, apparently belonging to a blacksmith. I would like to do my good deed of the day, and return this book to the rightful owner. Thus, if you can tell me the name of the runebook, and approximately what locations it has marked, I will return it to you.
