Dear citizens,
I, Ved Dwight from the Order of Law, found a sneaky thief stealing inside one home in Britain. His name is Rivien Nuevo and managed to escape the hand of the Law, running like a coward.
He is a sneaky and stealthy man, and might be spoted inside towns, so please be carefull about this one.
He is now a wanted man, and will be hunted and chased down without further notice.
Everyone who has information regarding this thief, do not hesitate to call an officer to deal with the situation, with any means possible.

Dear citizens,
I, the Head Priest of the Order of Law bring this information to all of you as a warning. Today, I confronted the known thief Rivien Nuevo inside Britain, and while I was attempting to make him answer for his crimes, the thief received a druidic gate from an Imperial druid, Carlito Bell. Sadly, the thief escaped justice this time, but the new piece of evidence gathered from this incident proves that the members of the Order of Imperial are not to be trusted and they work hand in hand with known thieves. Due to this newly gathered information I cannot emphasize my words enough when I tell you that it is unsafe to stay in the towns under Imperial control. I urge all of you to avoid the towns under all circumstances. The towns are known not to only be safe havens to known thieves, but also to multiple known robbers and murderers whom carry the names of the guilds such as Ancient Powers and Justice League.
Naturally, the members of Imperial will deny all co-operation with thieves and robbers but we in the Order of Law know the truth, as do many of their victims. I hope you will take our word and do not bend to the Imperial propaganda, ending up in harms way.
Signed,
Zarek Sanchez,
Head Priest of the Order of Law

And who may it be was engaged in conversation with this known thief ye speak of? . . Them pictures ye provided seem to tell a different tale. . Perhaps ye were the thief and the other man the victim. . Methinks this may be the case Indira. . . or is it Zarek. . . who knows with ye scandalous lot these days. . One name is just as deceptive as the other.

Well, I always knew that Zarek was a funny one, wearing the strangest outfits. But do my eyes deceive me, or is he claiming to be a woman in a dress named "Indira"? Surely this artist is playing tricks on us. Is our town looked over by cross dressers?! My word...

To you citizens whom seem to be concerned about the artists presentation of me;
I indeed had to disguise my true identity in order to confront the thief. The thief in question seemed to be very skilled in tracking the movements of officers. A skill that was no doubtedly learned during his criminal activities, in order to avoid capture. The person "Indira" is indeed an alias I had to resort to in this particular case. And as we can all witness, it was rewarding and the thiefs accomplices were revealed.
You may meet me in person to discuss further questions and concerns that you may have. I will leave the needed information below for your messengers to be able to reach me.

Zarek Sanchez,

Long there was that the Order of Law needed proof in order to sentence a man. Such was replaced by public scrutiny and subjective words sold as absolute truth.
What proof is there that this man is a thief? What did he steal? Is your only proof the fact the man might or might not have quick hands? You're good with your scepter sir Zarek, are you therefore a murderer? Watch out Britain, the Head Priest of Law, the man of the absolute truth is a cold murderer!

Notes with deceiving signatures aren't to take that serious, their purpose is evident.
The man named Rivien Nuevo is a thief, there are evidences, victims and witnesses.
Information regarding this thief is no longer needed, we already know where his operations are planned and who helps him.
All those who question the integrity of Law officers are welcome to expose their concerns personally at our sacred temple.
All those who wish to continue writing unsigned or with dellusional signatures, shall be ignored.
All truly law abiding citizens please be carefull and alert, any problem shall be immediately reported so we can deal with the situation properly.
