Why do you want to infect people with plague anyway? Cultists do it, because Dennac is sick and Dennac gives them power if they infect people with plague. But you are not a cultist. So apparently you are sick. Do you want to show power? Do you feel inferior? Go kill a cloud giant with your bare hands.
