The True Britannians - a guild based on virtues

I, Eldaric the beastmaster, have been thinking of forming a guild.
The guild will be called The True Britannians. The true Britannians are not religious, but our members may individually have Winchesterian or even Gaean beliefs, it is not forbidden. The guild will be based on The Eight Virtues - following them we will refer as to following the Way of the Avatar.
These virtues are:
Honesty: respect for Truth
Compassion: Love of others
Valor: Courage to stand up against risks
Justice: Truth, tempered by Love
Sacrifice: Courage to give oneself in name of Love
Honor: Courage to seek and uphold the Truth
Spirituality: to seek Truth, Love and Courage from one's own self and the world around
Humility: the opposite of Pride, which is the absence of Truth, Love or Courage
We will definitely not pervert the virtues, and will strive against such. Examples of perverting the virtues are:
Honesty - You must not lie, or your tongue will be cut off.
Compassion - You must help those in need, or you will suffer the same need.
Valor - You must fight to the death if challenged, or you will be banished as a coward.
Justice - Unless you confess to your crime and suffer its punishment, you will be killed.
Sacrifice - You must give half of your income to charity or all your income will be taken from you.
Honor - If you lose your honor, you must commit suicide.
Spirituality - You msut enforce the laws of virtue, or you will die as a heretic.
Humility - You will humble yourself to your superiors, or you will suffer their wrath.
The guild would be Britannia-based and currently oppose the Order of Imperial, and be supportive to Order of Law. The examples of supportive acts are alerting Law of hostile people entering Britannia immediately, fighting for our good queen on the battlefield, selling merchandise to our allies with lowered prices and so on - everyone can use their personal strenght, whatever their profession is. We will follow the Way of the Avatar, and seek to ally ourselves with people whose values resemble our own, for unity is strength.
