To the leaders of Telborea,
We have been engaged in skirmishes for quite some time now. Failed attempts at diplomatic negotiations have prompted us to engage in the last resolution. From this day forth The Order of Imperial is and will be engaged in a state of war with any and all members or associates attributed to your actions.

Dear Ondoher,
Order of Imperial failed to follow the simple terms that was set between us.
An Imperial priest took it as far as to rob a Telborean citizen.
We can no longer recognize Order of Imperial as a kingdom.
We have lost the respect and faith in you and therefor we must take up arms to cleanse the infidels that now plague our land.
Vanguard of Telborea declare war on Order of Imperial.

As this was my warning given, this will be your so called citizens only warning. We do not wish to bring bloodshed to the innocent, but any involvement in our lands shall be punishable by death. As aforementioned by Brother Ondoher, Head Priest of Imperial.
