Cleansing Pangaea

The dark green forest swayed in the distance, a sense of calmness seeped through the air. Daren felt at peace. A speck was seen in the bright blue sky and grew larger and larger. It was a pigeon carrying a letter.

"Dearest Nature responde'er,
Plague bearers have been spotted west of Britain, they look to be trapped in a small house and I fear they may escape and cause harm, please help cleanse of these diseased monstrosities.
*Signed*"

The signature was unrecognizable, which led Daren to be weary of a possible ambush. He quickly thought up a plan and wrote a letter to his good friend Zelnor Haven to search for the plague and check the area. Moments passed and a speck was seen in the distance once again, it grew larger and landed on his extended arm.

"Cardinal Priesten,
The area is clear, and the previous message is in turn true.
Your good friend,
Zelnor Haven

The words on the letter faded into a pinkish dust. Zelnor must have been dabbling into some sort of new writing magic, Daren thought. He grabbed his scepter and blessed in the name of Gaea and vanished to the moongate of Britain. He charged through the leafy woods and soon spotted the house. The smell of decay swirled around it. He chanted and smited the plague with lightning and short swings, his scepter was now a gooey green from the disease now spreading through his body. With a few more chants he cured himself. All the diseased blobs lay around him motionless, he scouted around the house and tracked for any more signs of them. Good, citizens have been saved, the disease no longer lurked the air. A warm sense of satisfaction spread through his body like a jolt of lightning, saving lives and maintaining peace had always been his main calling in the Order of Nature. He thought it kind that a citizen of the lands were trusting enough in the Order to keep them safe. He hoped within that more citizens could also count on The Order of Nature to protect them from such a vile disease.
