For some time now the Legion has allowed criminals to compensate for their crimes with material tributes, such as weaponry. For this act of leniency we have been accused to banditry.

We have no use for the scrap metal and bruised garments that have been collected from our enemies. Some of what can be salvaged will be delivered to the citizens of Felucca to ease their suffering in this age of war.

The time for compromise is over. In the name of Emperor Taurus Victor let it be known that any man who breaks the sacred Law of Telborea will be punished with death. We will no longer demand any tributes. May the Gods strike down those who tread on our lands.
