Eric's return

Eric sighed as he walked through the streets of Britain, the streets he called home all these years ago. Fumbling in his bags, he looked for the badge that he had recived from Morgain, the leader of The Wayfarers, to show that he was a member of the guild and would help newcomers wherever they were. „What happend to this city.... there is allmost noone around, only the guards seem to be around anymore...“ Eric thougth as he walked past the bank, southwards towards the fields just outside the capital. As he walked past the stables, he saw a huge shadow loom overhead, and barely with a seconds notice, he realised what it was. „A dragon, so close to the city? What the nine hells happend, where are the citicens, the heroes, the... the... the...“ That was all the time Eric had, before he saw the huge shape looking down and spitting fire.
Barely able to dodge the fireball, Eric ran towards the castle, cursing the lack of weaponry that he suffered from. „Back in the days, this type of madness would never, NEVER, been allowed to go so far. The order of Law would of taken down the beast, even the Order of Nature would of done something to save the citicens before the beast would roam free so close to the city!“ Eric cursed under his breath.
As Eric entered came to the castle, he saw noone inside, not a single soul to be found.
„What type of demonic powers are at work here...“ he thought. „I shall have to find assistance from the other cities... it‘s the only way!“
And with that, Eric ran towards the harbor and bought himself a spot on the next boat heading towards Trinsic, a city Eric remembered had allways had a strong army of adventurers, fighters and mages.....
