The Return Of Winchester

*Dips The feather in the ink and begins to write*
This is the story of how Winchester was lost but not hes been found!! I Kane Priest of Law, have been indisposed since Winchester left without a trace.
As chaos began to spread throughout Britain, our lines began to crumble against thugs and thieves. The cities and the citizens turned to Law for help. Our numbers began to deplete slowly, the very few who held onto the Faith in Winchester, only hung on by a thread. The small number of us that remained were exhausted, we believed this was merely a test of our faith to the powerful Winchester. A few of us set out on a quest to find a sign of him or merely a speckle of hope of his existence.
Malron Steelheart set out to the deepest caverns and dungeons, looking for Anything! He found nothing but death to those who stood in his way, thousands of goblins, orcs and demons fell to his mace. He returned to Britannia with a broken heart, racking his brain with thoughts of places that he could have missed or overlooked. His sadness became an obsession and drove him to train harder. With faith that Winchester would return one day and when that day shall come, he will be ready!!!
Zarek Sanchez explored every mountain peak, valley and water fall. Praying at every tranquil moment for a glimpse or a clue to show us where he had gone. Every peak he reached.. there was nothing. Every valley he searched, was only filled with ogres and trolls. The waterfalls only provided peace, when the moments seemed to be the darkest. Zarek always believed one day he would return and at that moment he will be ready to hear his call......
Kane sought out across the land stopping at every shrine, hoping and listening for his call. he began riding across the swamps, sand, sea to only find each shrine as cold and hopeless as the next. In the times of darkness when ordinary man would falter, he used Winchester as his beacon of light. His Journey's Ended and the beacon of light carried him home to Britain. it led him to the Altar where he knelt and prayed. He called upon his almighty god to give him a sign, a sign that he would return. As he begins his exit the temple to retire for the night, he felt a chattering under his feet. The Altar behind him began to glow with that beacon he had seen before. He thought to himself "Was this all a test!?", He charges toward the altar and attempts to open the holy tome, which was once sealed and now glowing with a lustrous aura. In disbelief of the things he's seeing, he sends the owl with a note to Malron and Zarek "come to the temple at once"!
The pounding of horse hooves radiate as they enter the court yard, Kane greets them at the temple doors. "Hes Home! HE has returned!".
