The guilds who wish to be at peace with me must do two things.

Bow to Lord Dennac and pay tribune to the Cult.
For thoose who want to pay you shall send a messanger with your guild members and I will decied a price suitable.
If you want war you shall send a messanger with a time a place to meet and discuss rules of war.
