Goldie lifted her mug gracefully, an odd sight in the noisy bar. Uzriel sipped his liquor as he tapped his foot to the tune of a trio of bards. The vocalist had an odd style. Rough yet ever so smooth. He played on his lute from time to time. To his right a tall man jammed on a cello, providing a deep, solid background. The third member tapped, banged and drilled on drums of various sizes. Alone they'd each be decent musicians. Together they were mind-blowing.

Sip, sip, gulp. Uzriel fought the urge to twist his face. Goldie smiled knowingly at him. The feeling over with, he smiled back, placed his hand along her thigh, rubbing the inside firmly but slowly. Between the amazing music, the warm and fuzzy feeling of the booze and staring into her brown eyes, Uzriel didn't notice the pair of men stumbling towards them.

"Hey bay bay! Lose the punk and come to our ta-" he began to say. Goldie looked up sharply.

"You want to leave. Don't say I didn't warn you." she said calmly. The shorter man spoke up.

"Come on honey, we need a feminine...touch at our table," Goldie shook her head. Uzriel grabbed his bottle of booze, stood and turned quickly. Uzriel sighed mentally, the two were huge. This wasn't going to be easy. Gulp, gulp, gulp. Warmth traveled down to his gut, anger rose to his head.

"You heard my lovely lady. You want to leave," said Uzriel. The pair grinned to each other. Seemed they pulled this stunt often. Their arrogance was blatant.

He saw it, a left jab from the tall blonde. He thought about dodging it. Decided against it. Blonde's large fist smacked sickeningly into Uzriel's face. His long silver hair bounced slightly. The shorter one, Baldie, started to cheer. Blood dripped slowly from Uzriel's nose, it stood out brightly against his pale skin. Goldie took the bottle from his hand.

He grinned, raised his palm and made a motion for them to try again. Baldie dipped slightly, preparing a wicked right uppercut. Blonde made for another left jab. Uzriel leaned back, caught the uppercut with both hands, then tilted his head to the right. The jab sailed by. Uzriel slammed Baldie's fist into Blonde's face.

He took a few steps from Goldie, bouncing on his toes lightly. Both men lost their smirks. Baldie rushed to Uzriel first, loosed a right cross. It caught Uzriel in the ribs and made him grunt. Uzriel grinned again, entwined his left arm around Baldie's right. He then proceeded to shove his right fist into the man's nose. It made awful noises with each punch. Blonde ran toward them as Uzriel drove his right elbow into Baldie's jaw. Baldie slumped, booze and adrenline couldn't save him from crippling pain.

Now that it was a one on one brawl, Uzriel shifted his stance sharply. Blonde halted mid-run. Uzriel had his left fist straight out, right elbow at his side, right hand near his left elbow. Impatient, Blonde launched a snap kick with his left leg, Uzriel stepped in, grabbed his knee and let the energy move him. The power nearly gone from the kick, he punched the side of Blonde's knee twice. Blonde yelled and panicked, trying to punch with his right, but came up short.

Uzriel slid his right foot behind Blonde's right, drove a right backhand to the side of Blonde's head. He toppled and hit the floor hard. Uzriel was merciless. Blonde's back against the oak floor, Uzriel launched a barrage of punches into the man's solar plexus, twisting his fists before each blow landed. Uzriel's heart raced as he bent down, placing his fingertips against Blonde's jugular vein.

Still alive, only knocked out. With that Uzriel rose and walked back to his woman. He was thankful that the bards kept playing their mesmerizing tune during the short brawl. Goldie held out the nearly empty bottle. Uzriel chugged it and held out his left hand to her. She took it and together they left the bar.
