If you intend to sleep and have a loud sound for macrocheck and stay up 40 hours macroing, I'd suggest being prepared to getting checked by GM's.

Yea but macro alarm is legal so not as much of a worry for gm checking than there was before. Just always do a quick scroll of your journal after answering the check to be on the safe side.
