South Jhelom Island could be taken by just buying the houses. I'd like to see it owned mostly by Imperial. A very practical location.

- no guards
- moongate near
- easy to run thru guards from the moongate to the teleporter even if they become hostile in the future
- if you can't run because of your character's stats or lag, you can sail from the moongate somewhat quickly
- I almost forgot, customers reach me easily, unlike when I lived in Umbra

Well I am going to try to make our treaty with Law last indefinately, I mean lets be fair. Imperial can't really take over towns anyway. I could be wrong but I think Alteran has done away with town siege's actually. When I say that I mean it is not a way to take over towns anymore. The thing with Moonglow is what makes me think this. So I think the only way to do it would be through political force.
