After trying out the Ice World in non-quest environment, I agree with Zaradon here. This place really could use some extra exits.

After trying it out again, I'd say, considering how huge the place is, it could use a part with stronger/more challenging mobs.

That's exactly why i left at the half of the quest.

Time doesn't meet the gain.

In other words, you run around for hours without any gain. Yet, you spend a lot of resources on killing the coldborns which are clearly very powerful.

I hunt despise for 30 minutes, i get 60k.
I hunt Ice for 2 hours, i get 120k.

Y'know where i'm going.

If you're comparing purely gold, it's possible. When you add magical items and resources to the mix, perhaps the result is different.

Leather armor is best for sneaking, because it's literally made from hide.

I remember doing despise naked with my baba after item wipe, 60mins and 60k from lizards alone. But it varies on how full the place is... and how much you care to open the corpses.

Why dont you leave a mob alive and do it for you, in the crowd of corpses? ;)

I remember doing something like this as well. Took me longer of course, and is fairly boring.

I agree that the last level of Ice world should be harder. My first version kicked ass but somebody had to be a partypooper again

After doing the quest, my opinion of it is yes, it was very very big, but it lacks more difficult mobs. The aesthetic aspect is great, the story line for the cold borns could definitely be expanded. It feels more like a snowy trinsic praetorian area with a few tough mobs here and there.

Overall a great area, could use some re-tweaking with regards to spawns, making the overall hunt more challenging*, with points that allow you to jump out at certain points. Then again we have to make it balanced; not too good otherwise it will be constantly abused/grinded to the point of extinction.
