Heightened skill transfer between classes
Leather armor is best for sneaking, because it's literally made from hide.
Re: Heightened skill transfer between classes
Changing skills from one class to another doesn't make much sense.
But if we keep that IC, then it does make sense.
Why would i forget how to cook pancakes if i quit being a cook and start being a astronaut?
Yeap.

We can do anything on Pangaea, even Space Pancakes.

I can't really take these no votes seriously until I see a fair reasoning as to why.

Re: Heightened skill transfer between classes
No matter how you put it there is no logical reason for it not to happen.
If you're not heightened and you switch classes you keep your previous skills that are compatible with the new class.
The same should go for heightened skills, if you switch classes you train everything you're missing in order to join heightened and once you do and IF you chose any hightened skill that you had before the class change, you should get your gains back, afterall you (your char) did spend an aweful amount of time studing and getting better doing something, why would you loose that knowlege?!

Re: Heightened skill transfer between classes
I think it would be a good thing as currently not allowing keeps people from wanting to test out all these changes done to other classes just cause we have dedicated so much time and energy to our training of heighten skills and don't feel like losing them.

Re: Heightened skill transfer between classes
Does that mean -- if I have enough time in hand and actually want to do it -- that I can train all my 100% skills to 105, with a restriction on which 3 I would like to use at the time being? Or once you re-select your 3 choices, the one you gave up on will drop to 100 for good?

I'm not really sure if Zaradon is against the idea or not? Doesn't make sense, huh? It does make sense.
I'd really want to see people who vote no to give some valid arguments as to why not. So far there's not one argument against it.
Again, to anyone thinking and voting "No": would YOU want if the system is changed so that upon class change you lose ALL skills trained above 65 and have to re-train everything? If yes, then you are allowed to vote no, if not, then you should not vote no or you're an hypocrite ass.
