Dear Basil Brotheamus,

I am writing you this letter to put forth an effort to get in contact with you regarding the affairs of my Beloved city New Haven.
I hope that there is a reasonable time for us to both meet and discuss some things in private. Please contact me via my pigeon who is proudly located in New Haven.
