As stated in the announcements, what do you think about the scribe boost?

haven't tried it yet, but i think i just fall in love with staff

Edit: officialy in love, medit time reduced from 3 mins 30 secs to 1 min 40 secs with 79.9 meditation and 81.9 inscription

1 minute 30 seconds to regen after making 3 8th circles instead of about 5-6 minutes.

Now I have another char to heighten.
