Play the game, find the books. Success.

No reason to macro if you can buy your old trained characters back

the game was originally made for macroing :D
but then, when you were admin, the books came along, which if you ask me, was a good thing, because it's good to have an option other than just macro. but the game was made for macroing, unfortunately, otherwise why would it be so much easier to just macro? why is it that you have to macro to get to 100 in your skills to suck a little less and then go out there and play, but still suck?if the intention was to play rather than macro, then the skills would start working well at 70's/80's and be really kick ass at 90's and upwards, but it would be just impossible to macro since it would be so slow, heck, even denied to gain while macroing, if it's possible scriptwise

then, when you know exactly where to hunt and have the free time and know what to do, the books are yet another plus to go out and hunt since they'll help the training

All my chars are horribly undertrained and they all require macroing, but I just don't have time for that. I guess I play around 10-15h a week, and when I do, I literally play and enjoy the game.

This game is still 100% RNG. It doesn't matter what you do, what you know, where you go or what you get. Dice are rolled and eventually it's all about luck.

Couldn't agree more, screw macroing. I'm forced to in order to keep in the loop I dont want to be shown up on the field by some random newbie assassin whos char is less than 12months old who has leet heightens. Doesn't mean I enjoy it.

Nevermind the double gain weekend, a weekend where kill and solitude are disabled would be more fun
