It would certainly be a Necro's malleus essentially, if it went through reflect. The very thing that makes Law/Tek a much more attacking/aggressive religion, instead of defensive..but I digress from that old sad OP topic.

I don't see this being OP at all either way, you still have to break someone's reflect and get in some hits for it to be deadly. I call that good tactics, not really getting the point of this whole discussion.

If I were a Necro however, that's a nerf and something would need to compensate, looking at these tests.

The idea is that it's a finisher or an execute. The more HP's the victim is missing the more damage it deals, at around 50% HPs it's pretty much a guaranteed kill. It doesn't consider resist either.

That being said, I agree that the damage was slightly underwhelming. I was prepared for this, just wanted to make sure we didn't undernerf it. I've bumped the base damage a bit and will try and keep an eye on things. I've no problems reversing it if it becomes a boring unfair snipefest again.
