Aye, dont boost chain, just nerf the bones a bit. Since theyre much more easy to obtain.

What your miss in ar your gain in body coverage giant bones do not protect the neck also if your a archer say you gain in a cloth slot/legs.

Auro is equal to giant bone, you're all just forgetting slots and coverage.

AR is just a number and stuffz.

If it was only a number I'd believe, but its not. Separated part AR's have meaning and total AR has a different meaning.

What's the difference exactly in auro chains and giant bones with studded gorget then? Everyone would choose the latter setup due to higher AR and same ele resists.

How can it be better??

5 giant bone armor parts with giant cloud gorget = 42 armor and 30 resist all

4 auro parts with cloud giant sleeves and gorget = 39 armor and 30 resist all

anything else to say?

Test invidual parts, example:

Tunic vs Tunic
Tunic + sleeves vs Tunic + sleeves

You'll reveal what boris means, AR value of whole auro tunic is calculated against hit to tunic. Im not sure if sleeve AR is added together and gorgets etc. (I believe chain tunic sleeves have invidual AR that is used to calculate a hit to arms.)

EDIT: Meaning is that total AR shown might lie a bit, compared to actual calculations.
