I just think one tournament per month set by gm's would be more than enough. Automatic system like that will most likely get abused.

such a tournaments shouldn't happen every month, if nothing changes in them eventualy they will get booring and people simply won't attend them, look what happened with last years imperial tournament, or with dantes first tournament where we couldn't gather 4 teams even
