did anyone see argentina vs iran?considering the players iran had, it was a wonderful game on their part..they could have even scored and win..what pissed me off the most is that messi, once again, having played like shit, still managed to score the winning goal, just like he did against bosnia

Only have to win by 1. Iran really did play spectacular. Looking forward to watching Portugal vs. USA today.

Such a garbage goal, pitiful defense on that ball. I think Ive seen 6 year olds clear faster shots.

Ronaldo has the American Jersey Shore d-bag cut going on lol

Lol, extra time is probably the stupidiest shit I've ever seen in any sport.

Good game Portugal, barely tied that one.

it is amazing how badly portugal can play when they want..

paulo bento was stubborn from the moment he made the precall, and now he continued to be stubborn. there had to be injuries to make sure he would use the players that everyone already wanted to see playing. the problem is, miguel veloso is not fast enough to keep up with his opponent.
the portuguese defence was full of holes, i'm amazed as to how we didn't suffer 4 or 5 goals..
now we're pratically out of the world cup, because of ppl being stubborn and portuguese players thinking that just because they're portuguese and just because they play in european teams it's as good as won..while on the other side you actually see ppl trying to do something with the ball instead of "hmm i thought this was easier...i don't know what to do, i don't know how to create chances..."

dammit i'm pissed off..the chances we go through are almost none, since we need to win against ghana by a large margin and usa and germany can't tie.one of them has to win. but considering klinsmann is german i wouldn't be surprised if they tie on purpose :P

But I'm pretty sure it'll be something like:
Beto ; Pereira - B. Alves - R. Costa - Almeida ; Veloso , Moutinho , Meireles - Nani , Ronaldo , Postiga
Nailed it.
Injury by injury, until the perfect 11.

USA did the smart thing. Everyone knew the left back isn't a left back at all. Cherry on top, Ronaldo didn't help defending either, the flank was a one-way street all game.

I love portuguese media, branding it possible to go on, calculating scenarios. "They only need a 3-0 win vs Ghana, and Germany to win 2-0". I'd say Ghana are much closer to scoring 3 goals in the next game...

Speaking of Ghana, this is what every player in the WC should be doing:
Muntari giving away money in the streets of Brazil

My thoughts exactly! I was actually happy for the first half, everything was going great... One goal, the crappy players getting injured... heh
But then there's somethings you can't change, like the way Portugal always plays (either struggling for the result or just not giving a fuck about the game)

Assuming Portugal and Ghana play as they did on this weekends matches, I'd say that's a pretty safe bet

I realize it might not be very entertaining for you to be watching 22 men young enough to be your grandsons, but the rest of us are still about their age, old man. :P
