New blood

One of the things that has been slowing down the RunUO progress has been a loss of momentum due to our small team size (I think we're at like 5 or 6). Basically if 2 or 3 people go AWOL, that's 50% of our team down, so it basically looks like the required work for the rest of us has doubled.

I think it may be time to introduce some new blood to assist with basic things such as spawning the world. Let's call these people seers, whose role will be more basic tasks such as spawning the world, testing, etc. Once the world opens, these people will be able to continue as players or may have the option of continuing on as a GM if they want and if needed.

Also, if there are people who C# or coding experience, their skills could likely be used as well.

What we're looking for:
- Maturity
- Knowledge of Pangaea
- Skype (we use this for text chatting)
- Ability to commit at least 3 hours per week on Pangaea

Im up for helping out. Posted an application some months ago about helping out, but Dante said you didnt need extra help. I can propably do more than 3 hours a week. Im busy with work for a week or max two. After that im available for more hours.

Just for note I dont think its good idea to return the guys who design the world into players. So turn this into GM recruitment instead. There is long way still until October, besides simply spawning stuff aint sufficient imo.
