Should rare reagent vendors return?

There are necros and druid that need these reagents to cast spells needed for their class. Also alchemists needed rare agents to mix many of the special potions they sell. I'm thinking nerco/druid classes should have their spells changed to normal reagents or have the vendors returned so they can get them.
