ROYAL it self not just plate armors so there would be baba sets and chain suits out also.

Once again my mistake, the ROYAL ORE boosted, must edit that ^^

exactly... even my archer cant afford d skulls yet... havent had luck with archer yet :s

It'd be nice, it'd finally make smiths more useful in anything other than auro/pvp sets.

A no and a yes

There were suggestions on empyrean to boost ele resistance back in the days.
But royal has a high mining requirement and a high failrate to melt so i say yes.
