Well first you mindcontrol the current admins to tell you what levels of chests to spawn in certain dungeons, then you let this information slip to a young aspiring lockpicker whos only been lockpicking for months, every day, the entire day, some days even opening all the chests avalible to his skill level twice a day or more, to get to the skill levels hes been at, and presto, instant fortune!
