The Clockmaker's Union (Public Works Division) would like to announce the opening of a Runekeep in the commerce district of Britain, one block away from the First Bank of Britain.

As an act of Patronage for the city as defined by Public Works Statute § 17, the runekeep is open to all who are otherwise welcome in the city of Britain and who agree to conduct themselves in an orderly manner, including declared enemies of The Clockmaker's Union.

In accordance with Public Works Statute § 17 section 32B, The Congress of the Clockmakers' Union has passed an amendment to the runekeep act, expanding our facilities to 1. Brit row, one door down from the First Clockmakers' Union runekeep.
This keep will offer runes to strategic hard points within all cities, as well as shrines and major highways and routes across Britannia.
If you have a location, house, guildhouse, etc., you would like to see added to the Union directory, contact any of the coordinates found at the bottom of this message.
Due to an attack on myself and Jasmine our doors have been closed to the public; all public works will be discontinued.

Don't be such a fool as to cover up what really happened in that house Frog.. He informed me of what happened,
i am disappointed in you for taking away the rune keep from the public, when it was really you that started the fight,
you were in the mans house along with Jasmine stealing cloth, you were trespassing, and committing a crime, it was a just attack.
Please learn that people lie. It is because of people like you that the rune keep is closed. If you would like to spend the money and time to build your own feel free to do so on your own. The union does not owe you anything.

You are only closing it down because you was found in a house using someones material and was attacked for it. Be this a lesson to all those whom forget to lock there doors at night there are dishonest people stealing your things please be safe and lock up Necros can not be trusted.

I do not believe i said anything about you owing me anything did I? I can tell when people lie.. My friend did not lie, he told me what happened and i know what he was telling me was the truth. And you say people like me? So hardworking, honest, caring people like myself, that only seeks the justice of the land? Hmm, so are you saying that you only want thieving lowlifes of the lands around your parts? Like yourself? Maybe i will make my own rune keep, where the hardworking, honest, caring people like myself can come use it any time they feel like, and they won't have to be worried that maybe someone like yourself will be trying to pick their pocket..

Excuse me but can one of you explain exactly what you are talking about... I have no idea exactly what I have stolen but you seem to still be bitching about it... I need cold hard numbers because I still have no idea why _WE_ where attacked by the druid or who Alaric Xeras is. Enjoy not using our keep and enjoy being poor.

Some of us choose to be poor because we are honest. It is easy to take from those with little to make yourself rich. Lets see you make a living doing honest work and not stealing from peoples homes. Then we will will see who is poor.
