Do you guys really have staff meetings? Do they consist of more than getting drunk or high?

we used to have very regular staff meetings, today we handle almost all using GM forum / Admin forum and skype. But considering that the staff behind the server all are IRL friends - we tend to talk server business every time we meet up anyways - so thats how it works out most times.
