If there's no demand for items there won't be any incentive to create a supply either. I wouldn't go through the pain of making a GM smith just to sell a couple of Dfear scepters every few months. Full loot creates a higher demand for blacksmith gear.

We honestly need dry-looting back to get anywhere, we cant get a better economy if there is no one to sell items to. Reason there's no one to sell to is cause everyone already has their gear and has no reason to buy more. Dry-looting is a must and without it nothing will change.
