No looting is legal on baseclass so I don't realy see the problem.

Only 2 members of 18 have Telborean chars.

you know that most of us started without having the basics of rp, and only then we learned, so we are still here and enjoy the game and don't mind being robbed.
but in the beggining, there would be the chance we would quit because of something like that
so why don't you just let them learn?

Just because they are new to Pangaea doesn't mean they are new to RP or UO.
If anyone comes to Pangaea 2011 i'm sure they have played on an RP shard before or a russian PK shard. Either way, death is common.
And once again. Robbing new chars is not legal.
