Alright fellaw, as i hear yestaday that admins are doing piety changes for monks.
witch go like each religion will have only one 40piety monk called "head monk" and rest of monks will be dropped at 30.
Personally i can say monks with 30piety can't do muts they will be more like worthless at anygroup, because they have 85bace medit witch will make rites hard to cast and theyr not stronges spell casters.
And that piety drop will nefr monks kinda low in religions, they have studdeds, 85medit and 65eval they more like intel users. So i will say it will be good to kept monks piety as it's now.
druid have druid spells
necros have their chants
mages have 100 eval
so why take monks away their special power
Monks have been rare char on shard whole time and this won't make ppls even think monk if you can pick from druid, necro or mage.
Lets make peacefull diskussion and see how we can hande this witout nefring weak class even more

AND they should have 100 med

well, monks are supposed to be rite users and magic users whereas priests are the some for rites but melee
now, if monks are to cast as well as priests, don't you still think priests melee is way way better than monk's spelling abilities?

This isn't a change, it should of been like this from the start.

We should give monks a maximum of 40 piety and they should be able to have trustee spots to get 50. Not that I would give those who want to nerf priests any unecessary merit or consideration, but monks are what they would like priests to be: religious spellcasters and supporters. They're not overpowered in pvp and they are certainly useful in pvm but mainly as part of a group.

we kind of use mana for everything we do, spells and rites, therefore we should have 100 med.
not to mention, we should have 100 med because we should cast rites almost as well as priests do
what are we going to do with this when we're not the best at spelling and our rites are just a bit better than a knight?
monk was never good at anything but it was able to mix spells and rites
but he needs to be somewhat good at both then :S

we have a lot of statcap.true.but we are probably the only class in the game that uses the 3 stats
we need str not to get killed easily.we need int, because, well, we cast spells and rites.we (should) need dex because we have 100 wrestling and anatomy healing, blabla, suggesting we are kind of fighters too?so we need just a bit of dex to be able to melee.
now, i don't know, but there's the option you just forget about meleeing so you don't care about dex and it's all fine. but then, why do we have wrestling?and if we do, why isn't it more useful?too bad it's one tile weapon. but maybe it could be adjusted into something a bit more useful.we wouldn't be tanks anyway, we cannot have anything better than studdeds.
