You can have two Ultima Online installed at the same time.
Download uoml_setup

Patch it too 5.0.9.1
Extract pangaeasetupcomplete in the map.
Ready to go.
If you stumble into any problems just ask.
*Tested and working*
Edit: There is a common problem where it says in Uopatch.exe that you are done with all the patching. Just start client.exe and it will start patching again.
