So only neurotic people can have critical thinking? I can have critical thinking, without being neurotic...some times

That's actually the United States of America, not America

no one was talking about the US here, or were we?I only mentioned european northern countries/southern countries and africa/southern america.

still, what does this have to do with the US?the us doesn't need a bailout :P
I hope you don't feel we are criticizing the US, I mean, I can't even see where we are talking about it :S

edit: wtf?kent deleted his post lol

the politically incorrect stuff i wanted to say would make me sound racist to some.

but i think people of warm climates, in which food has been in the past at least, readily available 12 months a year, have different coping strategies, what comes to ... many things; making babies, storing food for later use, cooperation between people and so on. this is not racist; if we went 3000 years back, it would be rather dumb for an african to think of winter and to try to store stuff for winter so that he wouldn't starve. the food would just rot there. in finland, on the other hand, it would be rather dumb to think that you can get food during winter as easily, thus making it smart to store some of the food.

so, living in the moment is the opposite of being neurotic. thinking of future is neurotic. just my five cents. all different, all equal, and it definitely doesn't only mean skin color. :p

Neurotic people stress a lot, they think of consequences of this and that, they are worried.

I worry too much sometimes, it's bad for me :S
but if you don't worry, it'll be cool for a while, but what then when you need money?

Heh, who needs money? I drink antiseptic hand rub occasionally, as it's not taxed as alcohol. :p Embarrassing, some may say, but at least I'm being honest. (the world is full of people who do embarrassing things, most just don't tell others about them, I don't care, I live here just to die - if you don't believe me, ask tekkies or telboreans, they know my style! death may come!)

Who needs money?maybe you say that because you can live without working and so money comes to you freely. I'm not saying you need money by itself, but you need food and house and stuff, and in the system we have, that only comes with money.
If you didn't live in your country, you wouldn't say that :P

I have to apologize for saying what I said. Here I can live without working, money comes freely. It's no big money. I'm still sure in your country there are unemployed people too. Do they die of starvation?

And after that all we euros call USA a crappy sheythole. We're just similar here, or worse :P

Yes, ofc you don't die of starvation, but it is not enough if you need to buy a house/have children.
If you are single and don't need a house for yourself and are just bidding your time with social activities and eating, then it's enough. Unless you suffer from health condition and need to buy expensive medicine.
