Simply.
If I got SS proving a person has run away from a robbery twice, without roleplay. The robber should be allowed to attack on sight (On that person)
Why would the robber be so stupid and stop to say something when he knows the person will make a run for it like he always does?

Re: New Robber Rule.
What is the timeframe between those two encounters?

Leather armor is best for sneaking, because it's literally made from hide.
Re: New Robber Rule.
If they run away three times consecutively with absolutely no RP (no attempt to stop, doesn't even rp a terrified person running away) then I agree with this.
IF You do not have the time to stop (for example: if you're running to log out and get killed) it is excusable,
If you have the time and choose not too, then I agree.

Do you mean for example that the SS can't be on the same day. And the SS can't be several months between eachother.Boris wrote:What is the timeframe between those two encounters?

The SS can be taken at any robbery. Which means if the robbery encounters the victim twice on the same day and the victim runs twice without RP on the same day. The SS are valid.
However.
If there is 2 months between the SS, it is not valid. The person might have changed in that timeframe.
