Malas not blocked anymore?

I just noticed recently, you can gate from Malas to Felucca and vice versa?

Nah, problem solved.

Imperial member mages etc can mark runes to Malas. The runes work also from Felucca - you can recall from Fel to Malas without needing a conjurer. But others can also use the OoI marked runes if they get one in their hands.

Indeed. I must say that i allmost got a boner when i first found out. its aaaaawesooome! i always hated malas for being blocked. but now! problem solved:D

Anyone can use them once they are marked it seems, but only imperial magic users can recall around in Malas.
