things a or the gm's need to do

- lock sale / buying boards
- announce no pvp in XXX area or you'll be banned, and no hanging around the outskirts being nub.
- tell the player base the market is.... sorted.

So now it's time to organize fairs, meetings of merchants and stuff like that right?

Maybe we have to consider some aspects:
- What better time?
- When we have more players online?
- Place? New Heaven? Bank area?
- Maybe a little boost from GM's? As if it were a quest to encourage players to show up and RP a little bit?
- Or could one day be set for each profession...
