Let it be known to all the people of Feluccia that the Order of Law has declared war on
the tyrants of Telborea and no mercy will be shown to the members of this band of murderers or any seen to be associated with them.

This vile group is not recognized by the throne, except that they are evil and should be destroyed.

Let it be known that this evil group of tyrants has been offered and rejected Our Lord's mercys time and time agin so from this day forth no more attempts will be made to reform this group of miscreants and will hence forth be killed on sight.

Any Law officer who wish to surrender can still do that. The war to liberate Felucca from the oppression of Lord British and his hounds will continue.
