Cleaning a whole dungeon and then kill a decent mob isnt "Without effort"

It's this system that makes the tickets okey. Otherwise it would just be not worth it.

True that. Although I heard the monsters spawned in Destard were obhidians and thus way too easy. In Despise they were dragons of different kind so although the dungeon was otherwise empty - clearing despise back in the day was meant for newbies anyway - you took 3-5 quests spawning some dragons there and went for some hunting.

So imo the problem isn't really in the way it was done, the problem was that the monsters spawned were easily killed. Instead of obhidians it should obviously spawn dragons to Destard as well.

That comes with the advantage of spawning dragons in an easily controlled area. Dragons have decent loot, in addition to quest items for tickets.

It's not any easier than clearing Destard from dragons as it is now. You only take one at a time, anyway.

This mean if we only kill the monster we need and leave about 80% of the others its fine?

Yeah except you have the drake respawns.

Won't they re-spawn in time no matter what? Quest monsters or not.

I also don't see the problem in this? How is it easy when it takes you hours upon hours to obtain enough tickets for things? Will the mobs all be respawned whenever we get another quest then? That seems only fair, because putting a time limit on when we can go back into despise for tickets wouldn't be very useful.

The Adventurer system should just be deleted if we can't do this anymore, it's the only way to accumulate tickets without being bored with it.

Best way to solve it using a script imo would be to put a timer on quests in the same dungeon, if possible ofc.
