I have no answer on where you have the problems. You can all use traceroute and post some SS's here.

For example when Pangaea was on a dedicated server, wich was kickass in power, connection and had great a location, guys from the US still lagged.

well i'm not lagging atm, or not much..

so.if we are 60 active players (we are probably more, because if we have 40 online at some points there are probably some more here and there that are not playing) and each of us gives 1€ each month, then we get good connection.
1€ each month is nothing.

can the staff see how many "active" players we have?see how many players have logged atleast once every week (or almost) in the past 2 months?is that possible?

of everyone done 1€\$\£ I would definatly do that but I don't use palpal id rather transfer the money via online banking in wich case id need account numbers/sort codes/business or persons real name not gamer tag
