With Western Union you just send money, no card required.

He just puts your name on it and you just gotta show an ID proving who you are.

Send me a message with your complete name, contact number and country. after i make the payment ill have access to a code. Ill message you with that code, and you can pick up the money in any Western Union place. Here at my city the Western Union is located at post office.. dunno about there

im not sure but im going to try with paypal, but i think you can preload you account with money to buy things, so just load it from your online bank account and boom there you go

i did it once and after some days paypal retrieved me the money i charged the account....

Q. Is it totally free the play on Pangaea

A. Yes, taking money or other contributions from players on this shard would not only obligate us, the Staff, but also players between could aspire to speaking of things such as bribes or something - we decide over your account FULLY, that is why we do not want money and why we can be as strict as we wish to (though we hardly wish to, if you get it).

And on top of that, I think my lag is the distance, not the output/input of the server.
