200 Dex isn't' that awesome unless it's changed. Sure it makes you hit twice as fast, but in PvP you only hit for as often as you get near your opponent and have the health to do so without your opponent dropping you... therefore str > dex
Oh and before you ask how do I know... 80 dex + apotheosis + dex jewels equals 200 dex. The scepter hits fast so a spear would be extremely fast, but like I said above, it won't make a real difference at least not in PvP.
Of course I'm not sure if dexterity increase your attack or defence chance. I doubt it though, because when I was once blessed with 1000 dex and str, I did hit faster than I could see, but I still got hit equally - PS 1000 dex and str was awesome, surrounded by 6 Laws, Methril, connor and others, attacking and rushing toward me leading to all of them falling down in 2 seconds.
Unless of course Wille has changed the scripts calculating your speed, hit chance and defence chance I'd never choose dex over str - - except for an archer who stays in the distance all the time.

In current state of the pvp in pangas, its all about the instants. And as long as you can move in the battlefield having dex over str is useless.
A great boost for assassins would be put poison unique for them. Since archers and TH have 85 poisoning they can pretty much do what all assas do AND have 85 healing. Nerf archers and th poison to 65 that would be a great boost to assassins.
Now you can start saying, assas got 100 poison that is OP and all. But there isn´t a single guy GM and for the looks of if it wont be anyone anytime soon.
Personally i always saw assas as strong characters, i see it cuz my bro got one (Kane Thun i guess all the old players know his assassin) and he pretty much killed most of the people that went against him.
I think the problems aren´t the assas but all the other characters that aren´t really balanced. Lets see babas for example that can get 220 str and pretty much instant almost anyone in every couple hits... Priest with piety are OP, but its how it is intended in this shard i guess.

Yeah, actually it does. Which would force Archers to go to bowyers more for greater elemental arrows. Sounds like a win-win. BUT it can not be done for the same reason priests can not get 85 magic resist. Too many people have this trained to 85 already.
Darian, you are only stating the obvious about dex, but there are ways to get around that. If you time your blows correctly you can get 3-4 hits in between the time a heavy weapon user can even attempt to strike you once.

Of course you can if the guy is standing still. But like I said, in reality, in PvP you swing as fast as the slower guy - unless he is a newbie and allows you to hit him more. More importantly to how uber or not the maximum dex is, it now raises faster than before and int raises slower than before. Which is the main point imo.

The main key to high dexterity is knowing when and where to use it. All I can say is long rites/spells are a sitting duck.
