Same stuff here, it's like someone traded six per half of dozen.
If someone race to me (on foot), will win easily as I was on a steed. :|
Souds like it's time to retire UO and Pang here, but something tell me which I still have a hope.

Ehh it's the same for me...researching on google how to make UO run faster, I don't think I need a faster connection, something in my UO folder holding me down?

I can still feel the lag in the running, but for someone who has been chased by shadow knights and nightmares daily, the little difference in speed makes a lot of difference in experience!

Seems like it for me, macroed for several hours straight last night. And I was affected by the earlier DCs.

maybe you can change isp/see which ones go to the server from lines that are not so busy. you can see from traceroute where are you being "delayed" but i don't know how can you see the different routes that different isp takes..

The new IP seems to have stopped the Web Shard features from working, I'm not sure if anybody has mentioned this yet.
